The personal data collected through hotel reservation or job application forms—such as identity and contact details (name, surname, phone number, email address, city, and preferred department)—as well as professional information, may be processed for:
- Verifying the identity and contact information of the data subject,
- Managing processes for complaints, suggestions, and requests,
- Delivering our products and services continuously,
- Preparing records and documents to support transactions on paper or electronically,
- Complying with local and international legislation and information retention/reporting obligations set by authorities,
- Sharing important information with you via your contact details,
- Supporting corporate sustainability, governance, strategic planning, and information security processes,
- Providing required information to authorized institutions as per regulations.
Your data will be processed within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes outlined in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law No. 6698.

3. Recipients and Purpose of Sharing Processed Personal Data
Your personal data may be shared—limited to the purposes listed above—with individuals, institutions, and organizations authorized under the law, as well as consultants and organizations we collaborate with to conduct our activities. Data sharing is carried out within the personal data processing conditions and purposes outlined in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law No. 6698 and as explained in the Korel Thermal Tourism Inc. Necessary technical and legal measures are taken to prevent rights violations during third-party data sharing. Additionally, your data may be processed on domestic and international servers of cloud service providers we use for operational activities.
4. Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is collected and processed—either verbally, in writing, or electronically via email or the website—based on various legal grounds related to maintaining our business relationship and commercial activities. It is processed and shared within the same legal framework.
5. Your Rights Under the Law Regarding Personal Data Protection
Subject to exceptions listed in Article 28 ("Exemptions") of the Law No. 6698, you have the following rights under Article 11:
a) To learn whether your personal data is processed, the purpose of processing, and whether it is used in line with its purpose, and to request information if it has been processed,
b) To learn the third parties with whom your data is shared domestically or internationally,
c) To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
d) To request the deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons for its processing cease to exist or the company lacks a legal or legitimate interest in continuing the processing,
e) To request that third parties to whom the data was transferred are informed of requests made under (c) and (d) and take similar actions,
f) To object to results arising from the analysis of your data via automated systems that may have negative consequences for you, or to request compensation if you suffer damages due to unlawful processing or use.
These rights may be exercised as of the effective date of the regulation, October 7, 2016. Costs incurred by your requests will be charged according to the tariff specified in Article 13 ("Application to Data Controller") of the Law No. 6698.

Data subjects may submit their requests regarding their rights under the law using the Personal Data Owner Application Form available on our website (link) and by delivering it in writing (in person with identity verification, via notary public) or via registered electronic mail (KEP), secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or using an email address previously notified to the data controller and registered in the data controller’s system.
